Suzanne has won numerous prizes in national exhibitions, as well as at the state and local levels. Her works are owned by collectors in many states. Her work has been exhibited in EAA, the Salmagundi Art Club, the Art League of New Britain, Mystic Museum of Art, The Artists’ Cooperative Gallery of Westerly Rhode Island, the Marquis Gallery, and in Connecticut Women Artists shows. She is an Elected Artist in The American Artists Professional League, The Connecticut Women Artists, and The Mystic Art Museum, and is an Associate Member of The Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts. Suzanne’s often narrative work focuses on our emotional relation to each other and to the world we live in.
Suzanne is now retired from many years of teaching in public schools. During her teaching career, she received the award for Outstanding Elementary Art Educator in 2003 from the Connecticut Art Educators Association. She lives in Stonington Connecticut. When not actively creating, she is enjoying her life with her husband, her daughter, and her two incredible grandchildren.
